SECTION 1 | Q : Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A : Shopping at Pixiee is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer PayPal as an additional payment option.
SECTION 2 | Q : When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A : Pixiee charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.
SECTION 3 | Q : How to use PayPal on your site?
A : You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you're checking out.
SECTION 4 | Q : Where can we ship to?
A : We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship to United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. SECTION 5 | Q : How do I know when my order has shipped?
A : Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. We use DHL for delivery. Shipping Time is 7-20 Business Days.
SECTION 6 | Q : What forms of payment do you accept?
A : We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.
SECTION 7 | Q : Can I return or exchange my collection piece?
A : If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) To make a return, please email support@pixiee.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return.
