Shopping at Pixiee is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer PayPal as an additional payment option.

Pixiee charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you're checking out.

We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship to United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. Standard Transit Time 7-10 Business Days. Expedited Transit Time 3-5 Business Days.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) To make a return, please email support@pixiee.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return.
