A : Shopping at Pixiee is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer PayPal as an additional payment option.

A : Pixiee charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.
SECTION 3 | Q : How to use PayPal on your site?
A : You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you're checking out.
SECTION 4 | Q : Where can we ship to?
A : We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship to USA and Canada. More information, refer to Shipping Policy.

A : Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. We use DHL for delivery. Shipping Time is 7-20 Business Days.
SECTION 6 | Q : What forms of payment do you accept?
A : We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.
SECTION 7 | Q : Can I return or exchange my collection piece?
A : If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) To make a return, please email email@example.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return.
