WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

-An item is only eligible for return within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
-In original condition.
-Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed in their original packing.
-If items are in less than perfect condition, the items will be sent back at the customer's expense or Pixiee, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
-Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
-Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 calendar days after approval or the return is no longer valid.
-Pixiee reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame after creating a return request.
-We do not do exchanges of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). You will have to place a new order with the correct items and you may return the items that were incorrect for a refund.
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

-Free gifts or promotional items.
-Clearance items.
-Holiday items.
-Customized items.


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

-There are no charges for returns as long as the return request is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging.
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-You are responsible for return shipping charges.

-We can not full return for the size reason, please check the size guide on footer page or on the product page.


HOW DO I RETURN?

-Apply for a return request by sending an email to support@pixiee.com with your order number.
-You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
-To return your product, you should email us to get the return address.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
